How does logging in with two accounts work?

Our website supports two different types of logins, each designed for a specific purpose. Here's how it works:

Option 1:

Log in with the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme to use Reward points for purchases. This login is for customers who want to use their hotel loyalty points to shop at novotelstore.com. When you choose this option:

  • You’ll be redirected to the ALL loyalty program account login page.
  • Once logged in, you will be redirected to novotelstore.com where your points balance will be available for use to purchase products.
  • This method is only for redeeming points—it does not provide access to order history, wishlists, or other Novotel Store account features.

Important: Even if you use the same email for both accounts, your ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty account login and Novotel Store shopping site account login are not connected.

Option 2:

Login with the Novotel Store shopping website to place, view and manage all novotelstore.com orders. This is the standard eCommerce login for browsing and shopping novotelstore.com. When you choose this option you are able to:

  • View your order history
  • Save items to a wishlist
  • Manage shipping addresses, and more

Important: This account is completely separate from your ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty account and cannot access or redeem loyalty points for orders.

Using the Same Email?

Some shoppers may use the same email for both account types. That's okay — but please note:

  • The ALL loyalty and Novotel Store accounts are not linked
  • You'll need to log in separately for each account purpose
  • Activity in one account (e.g., placing an order, using points) won't show up in the other account
